Need Help Before You Book?

What accessibility equipment is available in the properties?

Both Seaways and Cedar Gables are fully adapted for guests with disabilities. You’ll find ceiling-tracked hoists, profiling beds, and accessible wet rooms. Cedar Gables also includes a reclining shower chair and a shower bed. Please note: guests must bring their own sling if using the hoists, as we do not provide these for hygiene and safety reasons.

Do I need to bring my own bedding, towels, or toiletries?

No – we provide all bedding and towels for your stay at no extra cost. However, guests are advised to bring their own personal toiletries, including shower gel, shampoo, and other essentials. If you require any additional bedding during your stay, please contact the on-site support number provided at check-in.

What happens if I need support or have an emergency during my stay?

If you need assistance, a dedicated support number is provided in your welcome information pack upon arrival. For medical emergencies, the nearest hospital is Skegness General Hospital, and nearby pharmacies are listed in your Guest Guide. We also provide details for local wheelchair-accessible taxis in case of urgent transport needs.

Can I bring a pet or an emotional support animal with me?

Only registered guide dogs and assistance dogs are permitted at our properties. We are not able to accommodate pets or emotional support animals that are not formally registered, due to accessibility and allergy considerations. Please inform us in advance if you’re bringing a guide dog so we can best prepare for your arrival.

What’s the difference between the Saver and Flexi booking options?

Our Saver Rate offers the best value for your booking but is non-refundable and cannot be altered after payment. The Flexi Rate allows changes to your booking and includes more flexibility in case of unexpected circumstances. You can select this option during the booking process for extra peace of mind.
